Dive tank

A dive tank is used to help people breathe underwater. Tanks can vary in size and shape. Most divers carry their tanks on their backs.

Scuba divers usually carry a dive tank on their backs. Tanks are filled with oxygen that allows people to breathe underwater. They are used in almost all dive environments.
A dive tank can be rented or purchased. Regardless of if the tank is bought or rented it will have to be filled with oxygen in order to function properly. Most dive shops will fill tanks for a small fee.
